Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.  
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.  

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Flat-rate shipping is applied at checkout.  
- We currently ship within the United States only.  
- Delivery times vary by carrier but typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.  

3. Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.  
- You can monitor your order’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.  

4. Delays
- Dollar Sole is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.  
- If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@dollarsole.com and we’ll assist.  

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery.  
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send replacements if eligible.  

6. Mission-Driven Note
- For every pair purchased, a pair is donated through youth-led outreach and church-based dignity kits.  
- Donation shipments are handled separately and are not trackable by customers.
